Then go into the draw to finish off the night with a workout to remember. Watch Commando Steve be challenged by you and the others in a tag team session, unlike Steve that will have to work right through every set until the end.

A lower intensity session for those that don't want a traditional Commando workout, but still want a great workout.
."HARD CORE"
Just as the name suggests, a tough session with all the challenges you would expect from the Commando.

Let Commando Steve take your through a tough special forces workout or something a little lighter, either way it will be the best 60min workout of your life!
Then after each session you will get to sit down with him and listen to some inspiring words
