REVOLUTION is a spin bike anaerobic and aerobic endurance workout to build your fitness through sprints, hillclimbs, jumps and much more. You can go at your own pace - take it up a notch to smash your goals or tone it down if you are recovering from illness or injury, all the while our instructor provides you with direction and motivation on what gears and speed you should be spinning at. All you need to do is pedal to the rhythm of the music!
